What to do? Email, windows 7?

I have had a laptop with Windows 7 for a short time, only as soon as I try to save it, I can't. Ideas why?

I would also recommend upgrading to Win10 because it just runs smoother and gets regular updates.

I wanted to enter my email into the laptop and somehow it doesn't work. Supposedly there should be a server setting that I can't.
