Bios problems laptop?

As you can see in the picture, I get this error message, sometimes something like "Error Stuck Key 3C"

Don't have much of a clue about booting or bios. Can any of you help me please

Looks like he can't find any bootable media (hard drives, etc.). As a rule, this most likely indicates a hard disk defect.

Since he tries to boot over the network (PXE), he probably won't find your SSD / HDD…
