Why can't anyone log into my WLAN?

I have a CBN router and I'm at vodafone. At that time I was set the router with my phone and my laptop and everything worked great. Only now I have a new phone and can't log in, the phone indicates that an invalid password has been entered, although it is definitely correct. This problem have all those trying to log in with me.

How can I fix the problem?

Look carefully into the manual. On some phones, the number of allowed characters for the password is limited or certain characters are not allowed.

As a test, you could temporarily change your Wi-Fi password of the router and try it out if it works.

What can go wrong here?

It may be that your wireless router has an activated MAC filter (also called "Allow WLAN access only known devices"). So make this wireless security option temporarily in the router (call configuration page of the router). And connect the smartphone again with your Wi-Fi network. If it works, then yes, then enabled the MAC filter in the wireless router again.

Or

set up the connection on the "Android" smartphone fresh with WPS:

Delete the known Wi-Fi network on the smartphone (in the list of Wi-Fi networks).

Press the WPS button on the router until the WPS / Connect LED flashes.

Now on the Android smartphone, the list of available WLANs call and not yet connect, but the extra menu item "…" select and there then the menu "WPS button press" trigger (it is a bit hidden, but you can find it).

Now you just have to wait… Max. 1 minute.

Ready furnished! Because the WPS method transmits the WLAN password and extends the MAC filter in the router… Both fully automatically.
