I reset my Captiva laptop. After starting it, I couldn't connect it to Wi-Fi. This was only possible with a LAN cable. The problem now is that the laptop does not emit any sound and I can't connect it to the WLAN. It looks like I need new drivers for the sound card and for the WLAN card. Where can I find these drivers? I can't do it in the task manager. The things are not displayed there.
Do you seriously think just because you ask them again now would that change something in the answer?
Use the drivers supplied by the manufacturer of the laptop!
No backup made? Your problem!
What's the problem? If it doesn't work and nobody answers anymore.
Control Panel and Device Manager there are some missing drivers displayed in yellow, if this is the case, tap Update Driver, either search FOR CHANGED hardware or search for drivers in the computer, if the hardware is older, usually none are displayed for download, then click Click "Search in computer" because the operating system sometimes contains driver packages.
