I have been using Windows 10 for a while and recently I have encountered a problem.
Instead of the Wlan icon is now the "volume up / down make" button (Srry I do not know how that is) just stop with a red X under him.
Since then, I have no wlan on my laptop and can't surf the Internet anymore.
When I did a fault diagnosis there was the audio hardware is damaged, although I have never changed anything there.
What should I do now?
I would be glad if someone can help me!
PS: By the way, I noticed Grad that I have no more sound.
The thing is that I had never had anything like that and everything went smoothly before!
Reinstall the drivers. This is on the manufacturer side.
Save data and reset Windows.
@ reinstall phillip1872r driver? I have never heard of drivers and have no idea how to do this: / could you please. A tutorial or so link / send / make?
What is your laptop model called?
Laptop model? Hm… I'll see if I can see that anywhere…
Hm… So I could not find the name anywhere. On cmd I've already entered few commands and hoped that I get the model name but there's always "The specified service can't be started. It is disabled or not connected to enabled devices." Can you still see it somewhere else?
Cpu z and google
Oh, I will never manage that…
OK, I have another question.
So with the reset…
How do you save the data?
And if you backed up the data and then reset Windows, then you have all the programs you had before?
You can do a clean boot on Windows with your own data
