COC on the PC or laptop play?

Can you actually play Clash of Clans on a PC or laptop? If yes how?

You can do it all over Android emulators, did that a while ago, I think that was called Bluestacks

Oh yes, I pulled it down an hour ago and would have to sign me on playstore and already there were the first problems because someone has logged into my email account
