For months I have been trying to install Windows 10 Update (1903) on my laptop; Approximately 20 times. My system keeps asking me because the service should be stopped. I currently have W 10 Vers. 1803 on it. I do not know why the other updates 1809 and subsequent updates were not installed. The new update is constantly downloaded and a restart is required. After the restart, the installation starts up to approx. 80% and is then canceled. The following message appears briefly: "An attempt is being made to undo the installation."
Then the message: "The changes made are undone."
This takes about 20-30 minutes.
In the update history it says: "The update failed. Windows 10 could not be installed! Then mostly the code No. 0xC 1900101-0x 30018" is given. Or: "Error during installation: 0x80240034 or" An error occurred in the FIRST-BOOT phase during the SYSPREP process! "Error code 0xC1900130 was also reported.
Already had my hard drive cleaned and taken down a number of programs and data. Free space is approx. 29 GB on "C" and approx. 126 GB on "D". Think that's enough.
Have already tried everything possible, but have not yet had any success!

Create a boot stick with Win 10 with this tool and carry out the update via it. Simply start the Setup.exe on the stick under Windows.

I don't know how to make a boot stick and then use it. Various folders were created when Win10 was downloaded to my stick. Among other things "Setup.exe" and a folder "Boot".
Don't know what to do with the different folders. Just clicked setup and the installation started. After the restart, everything was undone. Error code 0xC1900101 - 0x30018. An error occurred in the FIRST_BOOT phase during this SYSPREP-SPECIALIZE process.
I think there's more to do than just click Setup.exe.
