My laptop keeps restarting with Windows Update

I had a Windows update on my laptop and in the middle of the Windows update installation it was 64% out because of my battery since then it ALWAYS starts again and this blue screen with the 64% comes ALL the way then it will be again black and then he starts again Dan comes back briefly this blue screen and ALWAYS what can I do? This can happen, your laptop is stuck in a boot loop, which means that it tries to install the update, which it apparently can't do, so the installation was canceled.

You can start your Windows in "Safe Mode"> Press Ctrl + F8 when starting up the laptop (if necessary several times). Then start in safe mode.

Now go to the update history under Windows Update Settings and uninstall the last update or the last updates you have made.

Once that's done try to restart your laptop now.

If the problem is solved perfectly, otherwise if it continues to exist you can download the "Fix It" tool from Microsoft and then run it again in safe mode and then run the .exe file from your stick in Windows.
