How can I check my emails again?

I have a problem for a few days. Until now I was able to call my e-mails on the T-Online speed-dial list on my laptop. But if I tap this button now, a page with messages will appear, and I do not know how to get into my emails. Telecom's customer service, of course, sent me a code for a new password by email. But what good is that if I can't read my mails?

Please try logging into the e-mail center directly via the internet browser. Here you should either enter with the old password or, if the e-mail address is attached to a landline, with the personal password.

Or is it a freemail address? Then you can, over the same way, use the "Forgotten password" function here and have the new password sent to either an alternative e-mail address or SMS to the mobile phone.
