I just got Rainbow Six victories and it is like the hell in graphics memory is 885mb / 112mb
I do not understand why it is so overloaded (I do not know well)
My laptop info:
Processor Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-4510u CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.60GHz
Installed RAM 12.0 Gb
System type 64 bit operating system
NVIDIA 850gtx
885mb / 112mb
That says it all, the rest does not matter. You do not have a dedicated graphics card in your laptop, retrofitting is in most cases not because it's a laptop.
What can you do now? Buy a better laptop or better directly a PC and at least a 1050ti so you can play Rainbow.
Apart from the fact that I'm surprised that the APU can render the game at all, should have the same 2GB vram. If you can only use 112mb, it could be because the vram in the BIOS is limited. If so, you should be able to change this in the BIOS.
(If you want to play games like r6 victories, I would recommend you to buy a ~ 500 euro PC, so you can reach reasonable FPS in reasonable settings)
In BIOS you can't change it with me so it does not even come the option / category
Seems like your laptop is just using the graphics chip of your processor. This must share the RAM together with the processor.
Is not bad that there are 885mb / 112mb used, ends up in the end anyway everything in the normal Ram. Main thing the game does not eat more than 2gb.
It is probably more likely, because the graphics chip in the processor is lame lame. With that you should have about 10-20 fps and that is very little.
