Cheapest Notbook for UHD?

I bought the Samsung U28E590 with UHD 3840 * 2160 pixels. My notebook with Intel HD graphics chip from 2014 (this version can max 1920 * 1080) can't operate natively.

I'm looking for the cheapest notebook that has a graphics chip that can operate the UHD (preferably with 59/60 heart). In my opinion, it would have to be at least an Intel graphics chip of the 6th generation. If the graphics chip 4k can, even more amazing.

Everything else about the notebook does not matter, I still have a WIN 10 license, a fast SSD, keyboard and such. Memory would be 8 GB good, but 4 I can also increase. A WLAN module would still be good, but they all have.

The notebook can be refurbished, prepared or used in any other way. I only make Office 2016 and Internet on the PC. No games, no videos, no requirements. Mass storage I have on the NAS / router. That's why I want to spend as little as possible, preferably under 200 euro / 250 euro

Of course, I can also browse Ebay classifieds and stuff, but I would prefer a dealer.

As long as it is not about playing any GPU / IGP can also represent 4k, if you are only concerned with your external monitor then the laptop needs either DP => 1.2 or HDMI> = 2.0, or USB C with corresponding DP.

Since these connections are relatively new (DP 1.2 is already a bit older), it will be difficult but a corresponding notebook to get your price ideas.

This one has e.g. (mini) DisplayPort 1.2:

Thanks for the info, that was exactly what I have asked. Have again written to the seller to confirm the property. But that should fit.

In the processor Core i5-4300 Intel HD graphics chip 4400 is included, which can maximum. 3280x2000 @ 60Hz via HDMI and 3200x2000 @ 60Hz via DP. That's not enough. The dealer could not answer the question, but found out about the Intel side.

But was close, the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 creates 4096x2304 @ 24Hz via HDMI and 3840x2160 @ 60Hz via DP. In principle, I'm a bit further, so need at least the 4600er chip and DP on the notebook.

So I did some research and found some. Probably the best way to go is to spend 300 euro…
