I have a problem with my laptop. Since I made the windows update (edition: windows 10 home version: 1903) all my data disappear from my laptop, i turn it off. My pictures are gone, my apps are no longer visible on the screen and if I want to open them (like netflix) it will not work. I really do not know what's going on so if someone could help me that would be great.
Would like to help, but I do not know so well. I would go to a PC business and look. I let Windows 10 install there, then my printer was no longer needed, had to re-play

Uninstall the update.
then let a virus scanner do a full search.
Do you find your files? Or are they backed up in a cloud anyway?
