Hello after a Windows 10 update, my sound is no longer, it was often like that, somehow I had always gotten it but now nothing works.
I've tried a lot, deleted drivers - restarted pc, downloaded the latest realtek driver from the website, downloaded the driver from my laptop model, all to no avail.
If I update the driver, I have the version l2C controller on it but get in Device Manager then the following problem:
The drivers for this device have not been installed. (Code 28)
Driver is not provided for this platform.
For me it was the same. Have the motherboard drivers (ASROCK 970) installed, now it works again.
Where can I find the name of my mainboard? I also have an Aspire Switch SW05-012 laptop
If you, for example, CPU-Z installierst, the program also shows you the motherboard model.
