Have a laptop with a gtx 1050 and an intel graphics card. Now I wanted to play Minecraft but only achieve 180 fps (with the lowest settings) I know that this is more than sufficient but in the YouTube videos people achieve a lot more. I think my processor is an i7 8550u with 1.8 GHz, I also selected the Gtx 1050 for Minecraft in the Nvidia graphics settings. I also have 8GB of RAM.
You don't need any more! As long as you don't have a 144 HZ monitor, a constant 60 FPS would be enough. You don't actually notice the difference then.
Do the people in the videos have the same components? If not, it's because.
You can install sodium, phosphorus, and lithium. This gives you significantly more FPS.
In the Nvidia control panel you shouldn't select your graphics card for the Minecraft launcher, but for Java / Javaw.
