How do I get photos from my phone on my laptop?

I know this question sounds a bit silly, because I have the problem that I do not get all the photos from my phone on my laptop. I have transferred the first 900 photos to my laptop, but the last 417 photos do not suit my laptop. Now I do not know how to get it on my laptop. Has any idea of that and can tell me how to get it on my laptop now?

There are several ways to transfer images from a smartphone to the PC:

Connect the smartphone to the PC via USB cable and copy / move pictures.
Upload images from your smartphone to cloud storage (such as Google Drive, Dropbox) and download them to your PC.
Move pictures from your smartphone, via network into a shared network folder on the PC. Both devices must be on the same network, and the smartphone needs write access to the network folder.
Transfer via Bluetooth. Both devices must be Bluetooth capable.
Copy images from your smartphone to a USB stick (USB-OTG) and then connect this stick to the PC.
Move / copy pictures to the SD card and then connect them to the PC.
Send an e-mail to yourself from the smartphone with the pictures in the attachment and with the PC the e-mail retrieve and save the attachment.
Write from your smartphone in a chat program (such as Skype, Discord) and post the pictures in the chat. Then retrieve the chat from the PC and save the pictures.

This is also possible via WLAN with AirDroid. First, you have to install the free AirDroid app on your smartphone. Then log in to this app with the Google Account.

Now download and install the AirDroid Client for Windows: https://srv3.airdroid.com/p20/web/getbinaryredirect?type=exe&channel=&version=

Then log in there with the Google account. Then you can exchange data between Windows and Smartphone.
