Why can't my laptop find any networks anymore?

I have the following problem for some time: My laptop (Medion Akoya) finds no more networks. This came Urplötzlich. I have several times restarted the router and left out for a long time. In addition, I have completely reset the laptop and Windows two times reinstalled, the driver disabled and activated and Co. But still, nothing has changed. I saw that more people had this problem. But that did not help me either. On all other devices is the wireless and it is also turned on the computer.

I would be glad if someone could help me, for other information is of course gladly available

Are networks even displayed? What does the "WLAN antenna" look like (the icon in the taskbar)? Have you ever run Windows troubleshooting? Sometimes this also finds the solution through simple tricks

Dr

No, no networks are displayed. The WLAN antenna has a red circle with a white x in the middle. Yes, the problem treatment I have run, but has nothing useful result.

If you've already reinstalled the drivers and even reinstalled Windows then the diagnosis is pretty clear, I think.

The red X indicates yes that no Wi-Fi is available, so it is virtually disabled.

Accordingly, probably the network adapter will be over.

What I would do: Buy for 10 euro NEN small Wi-Fi stick and the problem is solved. If you still have warranty, you can of course take this.

Thanks for your help.

The only thing that makes me wonder, is that the Wi-Fi works on all other devices.

I'll grow a Wi-Fi stick now.

Th

No problem.

Well, just because it works perfectly on all other devices shows that it must be defective on the laptop.

Think the stick is the best solution. That's why I would not buy a new laptop like some here.
