Fritzbox 7490 has the network 192.168.178.1
Fritz box 7390 has the net 192.168.0.1
The printer hangs in net 192.168.178.1 and has the fixed ip 192.168.178.30
The printer should be accessible from both networks, but the networks must be kept separate. Port forwarding? Forwarding? What and how do I do that?

Then you have to set up on a Fritzbx OpenVPN (existing menu item). Give a Fritz box a static IP or a dynamic DNS name (Public). Then connect the 2nd Fritzbox per permanent VPN with the other.
Then the 2 Fritz boxes are connected and the networks you can see each other.
However, I do not want you to know each other's networks. There are currently the networks 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.178.1 subnets each 255.255.255.0
