I'm thinking of switching from my old desktop PC to a laptop. Is the Tipperleben much different, the laptop is the keyboard so kept flat after all?
There's definitely a noticeable difference to a normal keyboard.
If you want to buy a Mac Book Air, for example, you have a very hard keyboard because it is quite thin.
This is usually (depending on your current keyboard) quite a downgrade! I often like 5 euro Rubberdome keyboards better than laptop keyboards. In addition, laptops are not or only very rarely set to mechanical switches, would be nice for me the change!
