Internet on my notebook on the smartphone as well, what can you recommend?

I'm moving out of my parents and ask in the round with which internet flat / contract lives well on both the smartphone and the notebook when I should watch movies on Netflix so it does not come to problems for me is important that that internet is not slow and just runs fast what do I think everyone wants now there's a cheap offer at the time of various providers?

So at flat I can only recommend Vodafone. I almost never had problems with them and my flat is fast. They have many packages and you can get advice from the staff.
