Which laptops are compact and well suited for image editing?

I'm looking for a laptop for private use. I have already looked a lot on the Internet, but due to a lack of knowledge I can't really choose one. I'm actually looking for a 13-14 inch model, with 16 GB of RAM and a good display, because I would like to do image editing with it. However, it should also look optically "modern" and the price should not exceed 1400 euro.

Could you maybe recommend one or more models to me or do you have any tips on what to look for?

Th

I would simply read a lot of tests on notebooks that appeal to you visually.

In itself there are certainly many models at the price, even the cheapest MacBook is already there.

Otherwise, what I found quickly with 100% sRGB color space:

There's not a selection of THE notebook drum here, I have already preselected a little. Toshiba is number 1 in terms of quality and durability

So in my search I also liked the Lenovo Yoga S740 and the Thinkbook 13 inch quite well. How would you rate them technically?

Tr

I think the software is crucial. Well, also the size of the working memory 😉

Th

In the high configurations, the Yoga definitely has a good 4K display, the color space coverage is somewhat lower, but the brightness is higher. But of course it's a good deal more expensive.

The Thinkbook 13s has a good (only) Full HD display with 99% coverage. A good device in itself.

As I said, the selection is huge. I would recommend you to always read the Notebookcheck review, which is always very detailed. The display is also tested there.
