I bought a used camera a few days ago and took a few test shots today. Everything worked great, but I couldn't find the videos that were shot when I tried to copy them to my laptop. However, the pictures were all there.
I had looked through all the folders, but nowhere had a trace of the videos. What now? I can see them on the camera, but only there. What should I do?
The videos are saved in a different format. The pc recognizes only standard formations like .mp4 or .dvd (example).
try to search somewhere by right-clicking and folder properties, you will find hiding places or something else. Check the box there and you should see everything.
or download the vlc player. Then you should get the displayed in the folder
Are the file extensions hidden from you?
If so, fade them in and sort the files in Explorer according to the file extension, then you will probably find them earlier. Should actually be in the same folder as the pictures.
Tried both, but the videos are still not found…
