Which models can you recommend to me as a home notebook? Which criteria does the laptop have to fulfill (working memory, hard disk, screen size us.w)? Where are the cheapest to get?

What you need you have to know yourself. Depends on what you want to do with it.
Office and Internet eg:
15 "TFT display or 17" matt
Intel: Avoid Intel ATOM, CELERON or Pentium (exception Pentium Gold)
AMD: Only take Ryzen CPUs
RAM at least 8GB
Hard disk: at least 256 GB SSD
You have to choose the screen size yourself. The largest selection you have on 15.6-inch devices. Is always the size that I choose. Of course, a bit bigger (17.73 inches) is possible too. For traveling, a smaller device (13 - 14 inches) would not be bad. As far as the manufacturer is concerned, I prefer to use ASUS and Lenovo as well as various models from HP. From Acer I leave entirely the fingers.
If you want to gamble, I would at least put on a GeForce GTX 1050. Otherwise, it also does an integrated graphics unit. If you just need a bit more power as far as the graphics card is concerned, I would opt for an AMD Ryzen, because the integrated graphics unit has a lot more power than Intel's integrated graphics chips. For a multimedia device, an AMD Ryzen 5 will do just fine, and otherwise just an Intel Core i5. With an office device for simple applications and / or just surfing the internet, I would bet on a Ryzen 3, as it looks from the price-performance ratio is often better than Intel. An Intel Core i3 does it here, too.
As for memory, I would put at least 8 GB of RAM. 16 GB are useful, for example, for complex image and / or video editing. Partly also for various games with high system requirements. The size of the hard disk can only be determined by you. In any case, I would make sure that an SSD is installed, as this provides for a speed boost again. Here I personally always set at least 256 GB. There are also devices where both an SSD and an HDD is installed. An HDD is just useful if you need a lot of space for other files.
Otherwise just make sure that it is a device with Full HD resolution. And it can also be quiet a device without an operating system, as it often saves a lot of money. An OEM license for Windows 10, for example, you get on MMOGA for little money.
You can set the criteria for the device here: https://geizhals.de/...de/?cat=nb
Based on your selected points you will then be shown suitable devices and the prices on different pages compared.
In selecting the criteria https://www.t-online.de/...ebook.html helped me a lot.
What practically does not exist today is a CD / DVD drive. But you can buy something like that if you need it relatively cheaply. It is also worth paying attention to special offers. If you often watch movies, etc., I recommend at least 15 inches.
What is bad about the brand?
First off, of course, there's every other favorite anyway, as far as the manufacturers of laptops are concerned. As far as Acer is concerned, I'm aware of poor build quality as well as frequent heat issues. Not sure on all devices, but I come in any case no device from Acer into the house.
Ah ok. I ask because I just bought (also on recommendation) an Acer device.
