Genshin impact download does not work?

So I tried to install Genshin impact on the laptop twice for 6 hours but somehow it doesn't work. Can someone help me with that

I have no idea, the part has just under 17GB in the download, depending on which internet connection you have, it takes half an eternity…

Does the download take six hours or includes the review?

I once made a test download on the notebook and it was ready, including checking, after just under 14 minutes…
