Laptop goes off by itself after 5 minutes?

I have owned the surfbook a13b-po for 2 years and recently I noticed that my laptop turned off after 5 minutes after switching it on. I checked the battery in windows 10 via the command line and it didn't show any problems or errors, so I wanted to ask if you could help me.

Does this also happen when the device is connected to the power supply via a charging cable or only when the battery is in battery status?

Only in battery condition

Have you checked whether the battery is really being charged? Because to me it looks a bit like the device is only really working with a power supply.

The laptop charges normally (100%) but when it is removed from the plug, the battery indicator shows that it will go out in 5 minutes

Yes, I suspected something similar - the display probably doesn't reflect reality.

Do you know what to do about it?

Actually not much, apart from changing the battery.
