I have received the Smart 3 router Telekom. Well, the Wi-Fi connection with my laptop seems to freeze after some time. The connection to the WLAN exists, but no websites etc. Can be called more. Only after I break the connection to the WLAN, and reconnect, I can call again websites. Of course, automatic updates etc. Can't take place.
Is anyone able to help me? My mobile remains so connected that even after several hours of non-use, the Internet is still available. The problem is probably the Windows 10 laptop.
That you have already tested the connection via the mobile phone. Since this connection works, I assume that the Speedport Smart is fine.
I have an idea: Please give the different wireless networks different names. That helped me a year ago when a new device in my network did not want to connect.
