Laptop after formatting fps drop?

Since I changed my "ssd" and formatted my laptop, I have had some problems. Be it sound recognition or micro. I also get in games where I had 120Fps before the formation now only 30-40 Fps.

Do you have any idea what it could be?

P.S. All drivers are installed.
