I have a WD My Passport SSD hard drive for recording on the TV. I staked these out on me and wanted to give them to my father for his television. His television recognized it first, then asked for formatting. I agree to the formatting so that my saved data will be deleted. After formatting, his television no longer recognized the hard drive as a storage medium. I then tried to read out the hard drive via my laptop and my television, or to make it functional again. But also my television and my laptop no longer recognize the hard drive. What can I do now?
