Which company or which manufacturer is behind Schenker?

The homepage is amazingly bland.

Does Schenker buy trademarks, configure the components and then sell them under "Schenker"?

Behind this are ODMs like Clevo or TongFang. Schenker, Asus, MSI etc buy the designs (or design together with the ODMs) and then sell them under their brand
