Strong fps drops what to do?

I have very strong fps drops and I don't know what to do about it (play on laptop)

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz

RAM: 8GB

Graphics cards: Intel (R) HD Graphics 620, NVIDIA GeForce MX150
