My notebook does not boot anymore. Who can help me urgently quickly?

It's a Medion Akoya MD 99290 Notebook with Windows 8. I have a USB-Bootstick, but I can't get into the Bios to switch to USB-boats. I pressed all sorts of keys countless times, like F8, F10, F12 and Esc, just when you turned it on, but nothing happens.

You hear softly that it is probably trying to read the hard drive, but in vain. At some point, two of the 3 control lights will go out and only the power light will remain on. If I then press the switch, this indicator goes out immediately. What else can I do now?

Try if you have ne other HDD / SSD, then you can try it with the yes.
