All laptops broken immediately? I don't think so much. Streaming to laptops is not smart unless you have a laptop designed for it. Since your laptop has 120 FPS without stream & with only 30 left I would say that A: You have not set your streaming software correctly or B: The laptop is not made for gaming.
But to get to your question: I don't know of any updates that have such a depressing effect on performance. I think something has changed on your laptop in the settings, or in the worst case something on the CPU has broken. If something should be broken on the CPU, you were extremely lucky in the misfortune because most processors are completely unusable when broken.
Take a close look at the settings and see if anything has changed.
Roughly check the CPU:
Check which processor you have (Windows key: enter PC info or PC info)
Open the Device Manager (Windows key: Device Manager)
Check whether the number of physical and logical processors matches that of your VPU.
If necessary, you can look in the task manager for the performance in a stress test & look at the temperatures.
Those would be the things I would look up first. If you are streaming through your graphics card, you should check that first.
If it is true that all laptops are broken, it is up to the manufacturer. You will be able to return the laptops.
The laptop is specially designed for gaming so the gaming laptop is the predator helios 300 :( my fiancée has it too and my friend has a similar one even better. I didn't do anything else in the evening streamed everything went great next day absolutely nothing.
