I wanted to start my laptop with Windows 10 Pro today, but after an otherwise usual start-up I found that I could not log on. The first screen is loaded, but if I then press any key, the image will become blurred and the 3 symbols are displayed at the bottom right, but my profile picture and the box to enter the password are not there since I have been waiting for my for a long time Laptop restarted several times, but it never works. It hangs on the login screen for a few minutes, but then changes back to the start screen.
Can someone please help me by telling me how to proceed?
I would wait 5 minutes before you press anything when starting up. Then press the enter key.
I tried, at some point the laptop was so far that it just crashed and I didn't even get to the lock screen.
I just rebooted the laptop, it took a little longer but it worked. My data is still preserved.
