Laptop always hangs after restart?

Hello I'm urgently looking for someone who has a clue.

Put my laptop back yesterday.

Made the reinstallation today.

And as soon as it starts up, it immediately hangs up

I can't do anything. Neither with the mouse nor with the keyboard. Safe mode doesn't work either. What can I do?

try to reinstall Windows from scratch.

So create a bootable stick with "MediaCreationTool" and really put it on from scratch!

New installation with boot stick.
