Today I completely reset the PC with an Acer laptop using the Windows function, including completely cleaning up all data carriers. After 3 hours until the 100% were full, the screen "The PC can now restart a few times blabla." (I have no idea if there's anything else in between, was not present for a few minutes.)
You can briefly see the "Acer Predator" symbol and a Windows loading circle. Then the blue pops up again for about 2 frames: "The PC can now restart a few times blabla." Screen open. ---- restart and again.
Now the laptop will restart for almost 4 hours (reset 3 hours, restart loop 4 hours).
A few minutes ago I tried to get into the bios. Not possible. I left the laptop off for a few minutes - when I press the start button, the same game comes up again. USB stick with bootable Win10 Creationtool doesn't help either because it doesn't boot over it and I can't get into the BIOS.
what else can I do? Is there anything more waiting?
Remove battery and reset bios
then bootstick again
Does the battery really have to go out? With the dirt you have to open everything at the back to remove it.
No idea, I just transferred from the pc what you do in this situation.
The electrolytic capacitors have to discharge, this is only possible without a battery. Then start, then put the battery back in.
does he boot into the installation menu?
First of all, thanks for the tips. No, unfortunately I can't do anything. Ok, that's what I thought with the discharge. It's not my laptop either and just do it as a favor for a buddy because he wants to discolor the part (understandably, gaming laptops are dirty). As always, a "little favor" will take hours of work for nothing. Yikes: /
Well I complain about bulky rubbish in front of my door "no getting through" and since then have the mafia aner bake…
maybe I'll lose next to what I've lost so far this year, car apartment and with a lot of bad luck, freedom ^^
