SSH access to Windows?

There's the possibility of an SSH tunnel, e.g. B. To connect to a Windows device via Putty? I have a server on an old laptop and it is much easier to execute it with putty commands than having to open remote maintenance every time.

Windows 10 has its own SSH server under optional programs.
