I played Sims3 on my laptop (Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version 10.0, build 17134 with built-in graphics card from Intel) and nothing changed. It even ran with extensions without lags.
Since about one month comes at once this error message "This title does not run on 0. It could not find a supported graphics card". This can be the launcher open, only if the game should start there's just the message and then it closes. The graphics card has remained the same.
Have tried to reinstall the drivers and searched on manufacturer website for the current, but there was nothing new.
So I've even tried if the game is still running on my tower (Windows 8 with graphics card GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Aero ITX 4G OC). The PC has no Internet anymore and there the game ran without any problems, but now comes the same error message.
Is the problem really with my devices?
If there's anyone who knows I'm looking forward to answers.
I can then synonymous even more info on the graphics cards / drivers raussuchen
This seems to be a common problem with the launcher of this game, which seems to crash the graphics driver from time to time.
First of all, look in the device manager to see if there are problems with the graphics card and / or their drivers. But do not do anything else.
Then search the web for the latest patches for this game, install them and then try to start the game again.
If it still does not work, try reinstalling the video driver via Device Manager.
The device manager always tells me that the driver version is up to date. The latest patches for the game are automatically downloaded via Origin, so basically everything is up to date. I'm starting to suspect that some Windows 10 update has intervened.
Then check if the graphics card has a driver from Microsoft, or the correct driver from Intel or Nvidia for the GTX 1050Ti.
(Strangely enough, this game generates the same error on your second computer without web access)
