That's a google security measure. The same is true for Youtube, if you e.g. If you are already 32 years old, you will still be asked if you want to see non-youth-free content, because it is often about violence, which some people can't tolerate ^^

So actually you just have to enter an age over 18 in the Google settings and confirm the question with OK. It could also be that it only works when you are 19.
