Microsoft Surface Laptop Keyboard Lighting is not working anymore?

When I turn on my laptop, the keyboard itself works, but the keyboard light is gone.
Is there a keyboard shortcut that turns off the lights, and did I use them unconsciously? And how do I get the lights back on?

There's no keyboard combination. Since the lighting is broken, the Surface you have to send Microsoft.
