NordVPN or antivirus program?

Should I get a NordVPN to remove a virus on my laptop or is it only possible with an antivirus pogrome

Only works with an antivirus pogromen. Viruses have nothing to do with VPN.

It's best to create a Kaspersky Rescue USB Bootstick. It works like this:

Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk ISO: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/viruses/krd2018

Then write the ISO with Rufus https://rufus.ie/ on an empty formatted stick.
When that's done, just boot this stick and follow the wizard's instructions. Then the system is scanned and if pests are found, they are removed. The Kaspersky Rescue USB Bootstick also removes extremely stubborn pests.

After that is complete, simply restart and remove the stick. Then you will find a log file on the Windows 10 desktop. It says which pests have been identified and eliminated.

A VPN is used to either get a secure connection through the network or to disguise its location. You can't remove fours with it. You can do this with a lot of knowledge by hand or use an antivirus program.
