Please need help from computer nerds. Bluetooth adapter on the laptop defective?

I don't know what to do next, either I have a defect on my laptop or my AV receiver. For that I would need someone who is a small specialist in the technical field, because, as I said, I really don't know what the problem is. Briefly explained, I planned to pair my laptop with the AV receiver.

That didn't work, although yesterday I heard music from the Lappi via Bluetooth. So I went to the adapter settings and Bluetooth network connections were deactivated, so I pressed activate, then a small window came up that said activated, but the adapter button still said not connected with a small red cross.

Now I tried to remove the AV receiver and re-pair it, which worked every time, only the button that always appears where I have to manually click on pair device again did not appear. As a last straw, I checked and updated all the drivers for Bluetooth in the Device Manager, but they were all up to date.

From this point on I'm at the end of my game, I don't know what else to do, let alone why the adapter is screwing around. Can anyone help me or give me some tips, I would be really grateful to you.

De-energize all elements of it.

Then infect one by one. Wait until a connection is established. Imagine a connection would be a tree that sucks water from the earth: the trunk first, and so on.

Your chance is 80%.

For the remaining 20% please post again.

I turned the laptop down and back up in between, turned the AV on and off, paired it every now and then, but that didn't solve the problem.

This is not what I wrote you. I wrote something about "order".

Turning up and down on and off, that is not "current-free". Sometimes devices "choke" on their bits. The day before it worked, then suddenly: huh?!

Then it helps when they meet an upright connection. To do this, really unplug everything, including any adapter plugs. The reactivation order is very important. Observe all control lights all devices.
