That's impossible.
You have to use the dock to get the picture signal on the screen at all.

You take the HDMI cable that is connected to the dock and plug the other end into "HDMI IN". Then you take another HDMI cable, then plug that into "HDMI OUT" and the other end into your television. For the audio you now take an aux cable and plug it into "audio out" and into your laptop. Finished
