Why does the color change to blue or yellow when I play full screen?

I have a new problem with me whenever I play on full screen then the color changes to blue or yellow or green but mostly to blue if someone knows how to fix it please help me thank you

my laptop:

Graphics card: Amd Radeon (TM) R2 Graphics

Processor: Amd E2-7710 APU with Amd Radeon (TM) R2 Graphics

RAM: 4GB ram

Monitor: PnP monitor
