Change Fn key usage?

I'm getting a new laptop tomorrow, but I always have to press the Fn key to eg press F1 or F2 can I change that somewhere in the settings of Win10?

In the BIOS you can usually change that.

Depending on the BIOS you should search for Action Keys Mode, Function Key Behavior, Hotkey Mode or similar.
