Laptop fan loud when switched off?

I have a brand new laptop from tuxedo computers. Ubuntu operating system. Since the moment the fan has been running at full speed when I click switch off. Only briefly, until the laptop is off. What can that be? Does anyone have similar problems? I've never heard the fan before.

Makes my omen with Windows too. I would suspect that this is a kind of safety function to temporarily relieve the heat in the device. But this is not dangerous, as I have already observed with a number of devices (newer and older).

Ok, but why didn't the laptop do this from the start? I've used it about 40 times in total. It was never like that. Only since today.

It is possible that some dust has now collected in the device and therefore a certain limit is exceeded that the device can still be warm. To be honest, I can only draw logical conclusions from that, only the people who developed the device would be able to say exactly.
