Laptop fan too loud WITHOUT REASON, I'm on the spin. Can help me jmd?

I just simply can't anymore. Have an Asus R558U to be exact. The laptop fan just turns up WITHOUT ANY REASON, even though I'm just surfing. Nothing else. The CPU Temp. Is always at 30-34 ° C, I NEVER play and otherwise have nothing computationally on the run. All autostart programs are switched off, the laptop is completely clean. And yet I always have a plane next to me, I'm going crazy because I'm watching movies with the laptop. It always stands on a level surface. Thought maybe a virus is on it, but every antivirus program gives the green light. I googled and everywhere you can with SpeedFan control the fan… Thanks for the helpful tip, the laptop is still on the spin… And the fan can't be so dusty. He was always well groomed never used on a blanket or anything like that. I'm desperate, I've gone through everything from A to Z, and even in idle the fan is running at full speed, even though the damned thing is NEVER NEARLY NECESSARY. It sucks, please help me somebody: /

Just leave the task manager always open (just minimize).

I would also need some data, processor and hard drive.

Sending in, warranty claim sounds like defective fan control.

Or:

Bios update, Win reinstallation or factory settings, only the Asus driver does not want what Win 10.

What's in the Task Manager? Is the CPU vlt to 100% due to a windows update or any programs?
