Laptop switches itself off after inactivity (WIN10)?

Hi, since yesterday I have had the problem (without changing anything in the settings) that my PC switches off automatically as soon as I'm inactive for about 1 minute. Both in the screen timeout and in the energy settings it is set that the laptop never switches off by itself.

Does anyone know a solution?

Control Panel → Energy Options → Edit Energy Plan

As I have already written, everything in the energy plan is set to "never switch off"

You did not edit the correct profile. What kind of laptop is it? Lenovo? Toshiba then there's another profile for energy saving mode…
