Is there an app where you can see how long you are on the laptop for the laptop and not for the mobile phone?

I would like to know how long I'm on my laptop. But I can't download anything from the Play Store because my laptop isn't connected to another device. I wanted to ask if anyone knows how I can connect devices or how I can work around it.

I would be interested in something like that… Would I use a normal watch…
