Since most graphics cards are soldered on laptops, you can retrofit them only indirectly.
You can buy a PCIe adapter which is plugged into the WLAN port of the laptop and there you can insert a desktop graphics card. But then you have no more Wi-Fi.
What is your initial situation? Want to buy a new laptop? Or upgrade your current laptop.

A laptop can only be upgraded in the rarest cases. Even if the components are not soldered firmly, the power supply and cooling must be strong enough for an upgrade.
