The outer shell is made of aluminum. Had previously opened my notebook once to change the hard drive.
Does anyone know how to handle it?
Have you possibly a cable trapped? I would take a look.
How old is the notebook?
In older models, the LCD display is still illuminated by a fluorescent tube. Accordingly, the inverter could (if it puts high voltage on the housing) shock you electro.
At that time my Surface gave me electric shocks. I did not find it normal and then have it replaced by the guarantee.
Since it went without problems, I think that your laptop has a mistake and probably should be better replaced.
As ignorant you should never unscrew an electrical device. There are many ways to go. Does your notebook do that only after you've screwed it on? Do you have the maybe electrically charged somewhere and that is s.den your notebook off or maybe you have something broken when screwed or something not properly attached?
