I bought a new laptop and it was not charged from the beginning. Now I would like to check whether it is the power supply or the battery. Unfortunately, I have no multimeter or a tester there. Normal electronic items and tools are available (cables, switches, bulbs, etc.).
No, that does not give a clear statement about the charging voltage; a measuring device is absolutely necessary for this (friend, acquaintance etc…)
